Our Practice

As lawyers and legal professionals with senior management experience, we understand and appreciate the challenges and nuances of the industry. We create individual and group coaching experiences that meet the specific needs of your people at every level. We collaborate closely with every client to determine the best approach for the firm and for each individual to help ensure that their time, effort and investment in coaching can yield the desired outcomes. We offer several types of coaching packages and formats to create maximum flexibility.

  • Our individual, one-on-one coaching engagements are typically in increments of three, six or twelve months. We also work with clients on designing and delivering broader coaching initiatives to support groups of individuals. And, we supplement some of our highly regarded training programs with follow-up coaching to further enhance skills and reinforce learning outcomes for participants. The cost and length of each engagement are dependent on the seniority of the lawyer and the area of focus.

  • OnDemand Coaching (ODC) is our most flexible solution designed for a firm that wants to reach a large pool of associates who have varied coaching needs that require different timelines. By investing in a bundle of pre-paid sessions, your associates can access a personal coach when they need support throughout the year.

  • Group coaching provides coaching to a group of individuals working together through the same topic (e.g., business development) using a combination of training and coaching techniques. The overarching goals of group coaching are to facilitate the sharing of best practices and resources, create accountability and ensure sustainability of activity and follow-through.

  • Team coaching focuses on team dynamics and typically relates to creating cohesion, enhancing communication and cultivating a positive and productive work environment. We work with both small teams of a handful of individuals as well practice groups and business departments.
